We collect your name, company details, and Tax ID to process billing securely in the US and make sure we follow tax rules in your state.
Design & IP Data
If you upload artwork, dielines, or brand assets, we treat these files as sensitive intellectual property. They remain in our secure system and are never shared with anyone outside our company.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data only to fulfill your orders, not to sell it. Our strict No-Sell policy means we will never share your contact information or brand data with third-party advertisers.
Primary uses for your information:
- The Build: We send your specifications to our manufacturing team so they can print and cut your order.
- The Logistics: We give your address to trusted US carriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, or freight companies to deliver your boxes to you.
- The Support: We use your order history to help you quickly if you need to reorder or make changes to your design.
Top-Level Security
We protect your brand assets with the same care we use for our own. Every transaction on the GCB platform uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. We also keep your high-resolution design files on encrypted cloud servers that are isolated from outside networks. This way, your packaging designs and artwork stay secure from unauthorized access and digital theft.
Your Rights (Michigan & US Federal Standards)
While Michigan is still updating its consumer privacy rules, GCB already follows strong transparency standards in every state. No matter where you do business, you have the right to:
- Request Access: You can see exactly what business data we have for your brand.
- Data Correction: You can update your Tax ID, shipping address, or contact details at any time.
- The Right to be Forgotten: You can ask us to permanently delete your account and personal information from our Michigan servers, except for records we must keep for tax or IRS audits.
