It’s here to give you peace of mind before you place your order and to show you exactly what to do if your final box isn’t what you expected.

We deliver every order accurately and make sure it meets your needs.

Custom packaging is made just for you. Since we design each box to match your product’s size and brand colors, we can’t reuse them for anyone else. That’s why the "Proof Approval" stage is so important to us.

Still, GCB stands by our work. If we make a mistake, we take responsibility. If your final product has a structural or color difference of more than 10% from your approved digital proof, we’ll start our resolution process right away.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping companies like FedEx, DHL, USPS, or others.

Manufacturing Claims

If you notice a structural defect or a printing smudge, please tell us within 7 business days of delivery. We’ll quickly reprint your order if there’s a verified manufacturing error. If a reprint isn’t possible, our sales team can discuss a full or partial refund.

Cancellation Policy

We start working on your order right away, but you have up to 2 hours after payment to cancel if you change your mind. If you cancel within this time, we’ll refund 90% of your payment and keep a 10% processing fee. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer possible.

B2B Legal & Compliance Framework

At GCB, we follow a specialized B2B manufacturing process. Since each order is custom-made to your exact specifications, these products cannot be resold. That’s why all sales are final once production starts. Our policy isn’t meant to be strict—it’s because your "Reputation in a Box" is truly unique.

To make sure your order is right, we require an "Electronic Proof Approval." We only start production after you give your approval. By signing off, you confirm that the dimensions, spelling, and design are correct. GCB will match the approved file, but we can’t be responsible for typos in your original artwork or changes requested after the printing plates are made.

Incident Documentation

Don’t worry about minor issues, but please document any major problems. If your order is damaged or incorrect, send high-quality photos or videos to our sales team. Our team will carefully compare them with your original files to find out what went wrong.

Engineering Audit

After we receive your photos/videos, our QA engineers review the production logs. Within 48 business hours, we check ink density, board thickness, and die-cut accuracy against your approved specifications. We don’t guess; we measure. If something doesn’t match, we start reprinting right away.

Expedited Resolution

If we made a mistake, we take responsibility. Once your claim is approved, we quickly arrange either a full reprint with priority shipping at no cost to you or a full or partial refund to your original payment method. We understand your product launch is important, so we act fast.
