Please read these terms before placing your order. When you use GetCustomizeBoxes.com, you agree to follow our service standards.

Agreement to Terms

We understand that reading terms of use isn’t the most exciting task, but these guidelines help us keep everything running smoothly. When you use GetCustomizeBoxes.com, you agree to our standards for manufacturing and service. This agreement applies to every quote, every box we produce, and every shipment we send, whether in the USA or internationally.

Custom Order Protocols

Since custom packaging is made just for your brand, changes cannot be made after you approve the final digital proof. Once you give us the go-ahead, your order is set. Please double-check your files for typos, graphic placement, or punctuation, as we can't be responsible for those errors.

Proof Approval

The digital proof is your final blueprint. We start production only after you give us written approval. After that, no changes can be made.

Turnaround Time

Our standard production time is 8-10 business days. Most orders are completed within this window, but sometimes custom manufacturing takes longer. If you have a tight deadline, please ask us about Rush Orders.

Printing & Color Accuracy

We use high-quality CMYK and Pantone matching systems, but colors may appear different on paper compared to your screen. Cardstock absorbs ink in its own way, depending on the texture, like Kraft or White SBS. Because of this, a color difference of about 10% is normal in the industry. GCB is not responsible for these small changes. We promise your print will look great, even if it does not match your monitor exactly.

Shipping & Transit Risk

We carefully pack your boxes so they arrive safely, and we use leading US carriers for delivery. After your order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for getting it to you. GCB cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, carrier backlogs, or local delivery errors. If your boxes arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help you file a claim with the courier.

Limitation of Liability

We are proud of the work we do, but there are limits to what we can cover. If you make a claim, GCB’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for any losses that occur afterward, like missed launch dates, lost retail profits, or damage to your brand’s reputation due to production or shipping delays. Our job is to manufacture your products, not to insure your business.

Governing Law

These terms follow Michigan state law. If we can’t resolve a dispute by phone or email, we’ll use arbitration in our local jurisdiction near Township, MI.

Intellectual Property

  • Our Stuff: Everything on this site, including the designs, code, and text, belongs to GCB.
  • Your Stuff: Your logos and artwork are yours. When you send them to us, you give us a limited license to print them for your order and sometimes display the finished product in our portfolio, unless you ask us to keep it confidential.
