Shipping Policy for Custom Packaging

At Get Customize Boxes (GCB), we make sure your custom packaging arrives safely and on time, whether you are in the United States or elsewhere.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We think getting your custom boxes and packaging delivered should be simple. For all standard orders in the USA, here’s what we offer:

100% Free Ground Shipping

We pay for ground shipping on all standard US orders. There are no hidden weight charges or unexpected fuel fees.

Custom Quotes for Specialized Logistics

If you need Rush Air Cargo or the fastest delivery for an important launch date, our team will give you clear, up-to-date rates when you request a quote.

We offer free shipping to all 50 states. Some orders to Alaska or Hawaii may have extra fees. If that happens, these fees will appear on your invoice and we will explain them before you finish your order.

Processing & Turnaround

Custom manufacturing takes careful attention to detail. Unlike ready-made products, we start your turnaround time once you approve your final digital artwork proof in writing.

  • Standard Production: 8-10 business days. This range offers the best balance of quality and value.
  • Rush Production: 6-8 business days. If you need your order quickly, rush production is available for an extra fee.

Please note: Our Michigan production floor operates Monday through Friday. We observe all US public holidays, so those days are not included in your turnaround time.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

We understand that staying updated matters to you. As soon as your custom boxes or any packaging solution you ordered are on the way, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation Email.

This email will include your tracking number, which is usually active within 24 hours after your order ships. You can then track your "Reputation in a Box" from our factory to your doorstep in real time.

Damages, Shortages & Claims

We pack our boxes carefully to handle tough shipping conditions. Once they leave our facility, third-party carriers take over. Although GCB is not legally responsible for damage or loss caused by carriers, we are committed to supporting our partners.

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the outside of the pallet or carton, as well as the damaged product.
  2. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Keep all original packaging materials. We will work with the carrier on your behalf to file a claim and discuss a reprint or other solution.

International Shipping Policy

Our company is based in the US, but we also work with brands in Canada, the UK, Australia, and other countries around the world. Please remember that GCB does not pay customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for your order. These charges are set by your local government and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Verification

We ship to the address you provide. Since our custom packaging shipments are large and heavy, we cannot change the delivery address once the truck has left our facility. Please check your shipping address carefully to avoid extra fees or delays.
